This is a piece I did as a commission following my last Kickstarter! It is an illustration for the incomparable Chrysoula Tzavelas for the Senyaza series, which starts with Matchbox Girls

I had so much fun with this one. I asked Chrysoula if there were some images I could use in the space between the three characters, and she came back with smells (strawberries! oak!), which was truly inspiring. And I always love drawing wings and gates to other worlds.
